This has done wonders for my husband and I! I use this every day before I go to bed to unwind. I also sit for 12 hours a day at work and have come home to use it to relieve stress and tension. A massage to help.my lower back pain
So far so good. Have had for a week or so. Bought this for back pain. I'm short, so had to find the right place on the mat to lay, so my lower back would get massaged, now that I have found my spot, the mats massage sems to help. There are also different settings. Right now lower back seems to be best for me. I will know more next week but so far, so good.

Everyone should own this
This is my third one! I purchased two of the originals - one for me , one as a gift. I just updated to this model and passed mine on to a friend. I find this version slightly shorter than the original )I maybe wrong) and slightly lighter. I e been on it for 3-4 days now and I love the extra two modes. I donβt know if itβs my positioning on the mag but I find it does my upper thighs as well which is a welcome feature. Iβve been using it for close to three years and it has really helped when Iβm experiencing pain from fibromyalgia and herniated disc issues . I feel that with my regular use it has lengthened my spine as well. There are some days that pain has me incapacitated and after a few sessions in this I am able to recover. I cannot say enough good things about the product itself but not so much with Homedics customer service.

The most Amazing Massager ever!!!
This is the best home massager ever!!! My husband has been suffering with continuous neck and shoulder pain for going on 3 years. This has seemed to have helped him tremendously after only 2 times using it. I have also had quite a bit of lower back issues and it has helped me. I love the fact that is are no hard rolling balls that have in the past left me feeling bruised. This is an amazing product!!! I have shared it with my in-laws and they plan on purchasing it also. Love it!!!
